I noticed last night Greedo my smallest whites tree frog looks bloated, im not sure if this is a normal stomach for a whites? but he looks different than the other three. The other three are larger though, he is the "baby of the bunch" and not as "fat"
He can fit on a quarter while the others can fit on a half dollar. He is also not as active as the others, he has been hopping from branch to branch only in a small area, while the other ones have been all over the place
I only have them a few days

It's so hard to tell from pictures. He does seem a little bloated. Has he been eating? Does he spend a lot of time in the water?
He just doesnt look right, i mean his eyes are bright and his skin looks healthy, but he looks like i can stick a pin in him and pop him, and hes not as active as the others.
No he hasnt even gone to the water that i know of, the others have though. Last night i saw the others hunting for food and eating while Greedo just stayed high up on the branches, thats when i saw his belly looking huge.
If he did eat without me knowing, which i doubt it unless a cricket crawled up their with him, would one tiny pin head cricket make his belly expand like that?
their are poops around his area
here are pictures of the other frogs to compare him to, i see a little belly on the one thats on the cork bark, but i know that one ate last night, and he is active and seems normal

They sure are small and cute. The only problem I can think of that would cause that is constipation or impaction, but I'm not sure that's an issue with your frog...usually when it's issue, they spend all their time in the water. Anyways, you believe the frog is pooping.
Otherwise, I'm stumped. I'm sorry.
There is the chance he's just fine.We all do that.
