Hi,
I am new to the forum and hope to learn a lot about frogs.
I have a frog pond in my garden and after the rains already 2 species calling it their home!

Ah, another Vaalie* made his way to the forum
What species do you have in your pond at the moment? I have a smaller one in my garden and have a resident male Guttural toad but still on the look out for some Platanas to take care of the mosquitoes.
*Vaalie is someone from Gauteng, which was originally called Transvaal.

Welcome to Frog Forum! Always nice to hear from folks in South Africa. I've had an opportunity to work with several species of frogs from southern Africa and Madagascar at the local zoo. This forum is awesome and hope you enjoy your stay!![]()
