Harliquen Tree Frog????

I'm looking into getting a few harliquen tree frogs. Can anyone give me any advice/warnings? How easy/hard are they to keep and breed. Can anyone suggest a good place to buy them from? Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry everyone calls these Clown tree frogs. Guess I got the name wrong.
