Its hard to see from the pics but it probably is a bacterial infection. I would lower your humidity to the 50-60% range and get her to the vet as soon as possible. Tony suggested Baytril as a treatment maybe he could tell you where you could get it.

Yes I plan on asking him for more details about his treatment plan as it seems as though he has had great results with it.

Copy/paste of my reply from the other thread:

Neon green spots like what were shown in the original pictures are sometimes attributed to a bacterial infection, though I have never been told the name of the bacterium involved. I have had them show up on two occasions and had excellent results from moving the affected frog to a dry quarantine and treating with a 14 day round of Baytril. I used a large kritter keeper with paper towel substrate, a live plant, and a water dish for soaking. The dish was the only water source, I did not mist during the treatment.

Here is a photo of an A. annae male on the first night of treatment:

I got my Baytril from Dr Frye, he sends it diluted at the proper strength for amphibians and I used one drop per day applied to the frog's back. dr.frye.dvm@sbcglobal.net is his email, send him your pics and info and he can advise you on a course of treatment and provide the appropriate medications.

Ok I prepared the separate treatment tank for kiwi and she spent her first night in there. It's now apparent her sleep schedule is a bit messed up and she isn't eating, though she is still active. Luckily when I emailed Dr. Frye he noticed Kiwi was looking thin and also prescribed an appetite stimulant.

Is it important to have a plant inside the treatment tank? That's one element that is missing from there for now.

I prefer to use one when possible to provide a bit of cover and help reduce stress. If your frog is not showing signs of stress then you don't necessarily need to add one, it is just my personal preference.
