Hello, I have 3 african clawed frogs in rather small tank at the moment. I plan to move them into a 40 gallon i have but am currently qt'ing a pleco that had ich in it. I have had plants growing for about 2 months in this tank and just today noticed a ton of micro tiny - medium tiny white worm like creatures crawling all the back panel of glass. I'm thinking that they may be "planeria" as alot of people have found online, but I was looking for confirmation that this is what I am seeing. Dont want to risk my ACF's. I do keep up with pretty regular water changes, and just actually did a thorough water change and gravel cleaning yesterday. Thanks for a quick response!
Some kind of harmless free-living flatworm.

well harmless is what i thought and was hoping they were. As long as they are not anchor worms or something that can damage the frogs im happy. They will be moved to a new larger tank soon enough.
Here is the video that i posted on youtube....seems easier to see when moving in a video.
