I have a small wood bark flooring and one large flat water dish on the bottom in which is where they were at. Usually the bigger of the two sits in the water dish every morning. The other one usually never goes down to soak up the water. If he does he must do it at night when I'm sleeping. The male I'm assuming is the croaker or caller. The bigger one is quiet and eats a lot. Just like a female. Joke.
So what should I do on my end? I was about to clean all the bark out this week and redo the tank.
But now I don't want to disturb them if they plan on laying eggs. Should I add more water to the bottom of the tank? That won't work for the live crickets I'm thinking because they will drown. Ok, what should I do? What do egg nests look like? Are these frogs normally easy to breed in captivity? Thanks ahead!
