Checkout LLL Reptile. They just opened up a new location in Menifee off the 215. They also have two other locations one in San Diego and one in Oceanside. If those are too far for you they have a huge selection on their website. But if you have the opportunity to visit a store check them out they always have a good selection of frogs and supplies.

Last I checked LLL roaches were way overpriced. If you don't mind ordering online, I'd recommend aaronpauling.com and theroachguy.com. I've ordered from both sites and had no problems. I even received generous over counts from both.
