Toad in need of first aid.

When I was at work the other day, I discovered a FBT sitting in the water dish with a swollen right front leg. On closer inspection, she is missing the two middle toes on that foot, and I am assuming that they were bitten off by one of the other toads. I placed her into a quarantine tank for the time being, but was wondering if there was anything else I can do for her? Chances are, she will be coming home with me, but I want to make sure that limb heals as best as possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

well you could put a little bandage on it
but it will heal on its own just keep it in its own tank
with good care.

Sorry to hear that your toad has an "ouchie". Most likely it will heal on it's own. I wonder if anyone makes little froggie bandages that are water resistant? I have used Bactine with great success on both salamander and frog skin injuries. Here is a treatment protocol you can use:

I know their are some types of medicine out there, but talk to your local pet store that knows fbts well. Something similar to this happened to my brother's turtle.

Thanks for the advice everyone. However, at this particular location, I know more about frogs than most of them. I don't have much experience with actual injuries, though. I checked on her last night, and she seems to be doing okay. There was poop in the water dish, so as long as the wound is kept clean and she is eating, she should be okay.
