That's good advice. Variety in diet is always best for any frog species.

If you are only feeding your pacman feeder fish, that may be a problem in itself. Why? Feeder fish, at the pet stores, a loaded with bacteria and parasites. Feeding only feeder fish can also cause vitamin deficiencies in your pacman's diet.
