Update, Its been 1 hour since I changed the screen to the left side and humidity rose to 65 percent so I'm feeling a little better for my Whites Tree Frogs. If it stays at 65 I would be happy and be even happier if it got to 70 and lingered there.
Still thinking about a fogger and humidity controller like the one from Zoo Med.
