Humidity help, ideas, fogging?

Hey all,
I have really been fighting with getting my setup right.
My enclosure is/was completely enclosed so I was having heating issues and added a screen shown below which did reduce my temp to the desired 80 daytime I wanted and 70 nights.
Now I can't get the humidity to stay up. I'm drifting around 45 - 50 now and I'm sure its due to the dry heat in my home.
I am at a loss and my last thoughts are to either add a fogger but not sure where to pipe it in to in the setup... at the light, high up and mid level?
Both my high and low placed thermometers read 80 degrees but the substrate feels cold. I have a heat mat on under the enclosure but an sure the heat is not rising through the substrate.

So, do I add a fogger? I have misted probably 10 times today and it does a quick rise and then right back to 50 percent.
If I add a fogger where wold you put it to get the best results?

Note: I moved the screen to the left and reduced open area to try and cut off the amount of dry air entering the unit.
