Sick frog please help.

Hi I have a 4yr old red eye that I believe is sick. I just noticed he had a raised brownish spot on his cheek off to the side of his eye. The spot is about the size of a human pimple. Not sure what this could be?? Any suggestions I would greatly appreciate.
