It really depends on whether you want to grow plants and, if so, what types. Lighting for most frogs is for aesthetics and/or to have healthy plant growth. As stated in another thread, I use inexpensive daylight (6700k) 26-watt bulbs made by GE that sell for $8 a pair at Wal-Mart. Two of those would be plenty of light for most plants in your viv.
