I closed it off because i thought he would become overwhelmed, i think i might get a smaller bin and place him in this one when he gets bigger. Temp during the day is 77 and at night 67, humidity is fine. Is this a good setup?

Congrats. Replace the moss and wood chips with cocofiber so it doesnt get impacted. Whats the glass thing on the right? 77 is decent i think is on the low end of acceptable daytime temps, i think 70-75 at night is the norm.

Grats on the new pet and welcome on board.

It does look alittle thin but with a proper housing and good feedings it should fatten up in no time. As for enclosures l usually like to start off with smaller enclosures so it's easier to monitor if it's eating and relieving itself. Not sure if everyone does it but l give my frogs a 5-10 minute soak once a week.

Thanks guys, how long does it take them to adjust? Petco had him in a very small container with a reptile like bulb on him, i have no bulb, is this bad? I have put him in my enclosure and he has completely buried himself for 5 days.

Yea get rid of the moss and woodchips. I also recommend getting a heat pad to put under the container. It keeps the humidity and temps up.
