Red Eye Tree Frog question with picture

I'm not sure if anyone remembers, but about a month ago I ran across some frogs in pretty bad shape at the local pet store and saved three of them. They are all doing pretty well, but the healing process is still at hand. However, the red eye has a strange marking on his lip. This does not seem to be affecting him at all though. The marking has been there since I got him. It is a Red strip completely across the upper lip portion of his mouth. Anyone know what it could be?

on a side note He has been completely healed from the skin damage that he had all across his back.

Looks like noserub. It can usually heal on its own if the frog is kept a bit drier than normal, but with that much damage you may want to consult a vet on the use of silver sulfadiazene to aid in the process.
