@ Don: so it is the substrate that made the tree frog slide down from the glass? As far as as size goes, you may have to ask someone else as I am no expert myself.

If my Whites start up the glass when they are all dirty from the coco fiber, they can climb it but slowly slide down. If the go straight from the water dish they stick to the glass and sometimes even sleep above the glass jammed into the ceiling edge.

So my guess would be the substrate.

I agree I bet it is the coco fibre making him slip. Once he's dirt free he shouldn't have a problem. With all the soil on him it must be hard to keep the glass clean.

And now he resides on the floor, I guess she is just disappointed that she cannot climb the wall and all. Let me clean her up a bit and see how it goes

My Whites are slowly getting more vocal and I'm guessing this is going to cause the relocation of their home since its two feet from my pillow :-)

Here is a link to some pics after I put in the New Zealand substrate.

    Thanks.
I want to slowly remove all the plastic vines and such and eventually have nothing but live plants, cork and wood structural materials.

Now if I can figure out what vines would work to change out my hanging plastic stuff.

My last pic in the photo album is of the setup before changes and you'll see some of the lucky bamboo which was the main place my littlest White hung out. I'm feeling bad that I removed it and that may be why hes hiding since it was taken out.

Might have to make some room if he doesn't come back out tonight.

LOL, I gave in and put it back although I wanted to keep all the man made looking things out, like a coffee cup, already one of the frogs has climbed in the cup for tubby time.

I'm going to look for some ideas to make smaller water holders like coconut shells or similar to get some floor space back. I'll get rid of the big water dish if I find something.

@ Don, Cheri: I finally went to Michaels and grabbed the sheet moss. It didn't specifically say whether it is safe for animal, but the package did say "not safe for human and animal consumption" (Don't know what it meant but I thought frogs are not suppose to eat moss because it will kill them).

When I was removing her from the tank for during the remodeling job, poor Marshmallow was purple and was very excited when she climb on my arm (probably because that is the only thing she can climb on at that moment w/o sliding down). Then I placed her in a critter holder with a little bit of water to clean her up, and boy was she excited and turned back to green in a jiffy. After roughly 20 mins of hard work, I finally placed her back and and she was as excited as I am because she is free of soil and the moss must be very comfortable.

The tank still look boring, I am waiting for my gf to bring the vines and the fake plants from Hong Kong (her cousin has hook ups for cheaper price). I will post picture when I am done remodeling her tank, for now it is kind of boring. But at least I have one problem solved~~
