African dwarf frog tadpoles

Hey guys My african dwarf frogs were mating again and laid more eggs the others died??
I had the other ones in a glass of 6 inches of water and all died?? Right now I have them in the glass with 4 inches of water not aerated. I do have a one gallon glass bowl that I will move them into once they hatch. I also have a bubbler hooked up with an airstone so that will be aerated. Will that kill or stress the tadpoles. Can anyone tell me what else I need. I really want this batch to live so please Help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
