Help!!

Hey guys, I found out recently that Pacatron (albino) has been eating less.. I have the exact same environment (temp and humidity wise) as my other pacman. The other pacman has no problem coming out of the burrow and stretch but my albino would just sit in the burrow for long long time, not even touching the water bowl like he used to. Note that the side that he burrows is at the opposite side where the heat pad is located, I tried both heat pad on during the day and off during night and off on both occasion and still no luck. Any suggestions?
