Was Missing My Friends

Hi Everyone,
Its been quite some time since I maintained a home for any small friends and I hope to be visiting here often to learn and renew some old interests in keeping my friends safe, healthy and comfortable.

I pulled out an old enclosure I have and began building a new home for some Whites Tree Frogs. I have kept Leopard Geckos, Ball Pythons, Morey Eels, and maintained many saltwater and freshwater tanks over my years but dropped it all when moved to a new home for some medical issues. At that time, everything went off to new homes and I never got back into it with the exception of a short term keeping of a Florida water snake for a pet shop. She was pretty nervous and on the defense most of the time and needed a place to settle down.

With the granddaughter now becoming interested in pets and such, I decided I would like to have her see how we care for and watch grow some new friends in the home. The Whites seemed the perfect starting point. They have taken over and we now watch them more than the TV and have been reading and learning more and more abour a lot more than just forgs. I never really realized home much I missed having some little friends around to care for and be entertained by.


Lighting is something I have been attempting to master, for both day and some night viewing, and will probably get some questions into the forum soon.
