Cure for cloudy eye?

My son has 2 pacific tree frogs from the great NW (WA). One has (abnormal) white rings around the eyes. We have had frogs for years with no troubles at all. This is the first time there is a problem.
I looked it up & found out that it might be cloudy eye, but I can't find the cure. Anybody know what to do?

Take it to a vet, the frog will need anti-biotics. If you can't find one, look in our links section. There you will find a link for the Pacific Northwest Herp Society, they may be able to help you find a vet, assuming you're from WA.

Hopefully it's just lipid deposits and not actually a disease. Best of luck and welcome.

Thanks for the responses. I have tried to send a pic, but I'm just not good enough at the technology. If it had a browse, fiile select option I could do it. I will try & find a vet before I have to leave in 2 days on a trip.
How on earth do you give antibiotics to a frog?

In their water, in their mouths, in them via injection, in their crickets via injection.... It seems there are many ways. Obviously there will be a preferred method for the eyes that your vet should specify.

Usually for this it's an ointment. It does have a file select option - go into the advanced reply (not quick reply) and click attachments (the paper clip). It should be fairly self explanatory from there.

Really hope your frogs come out of this ok. Seeing/thinking about cloudy eyes + frogs scares me.
