Gray Tree Frogs are hard-wired to hibernate. This time of year it is not unusual for them to slow down and stop eating. It looks fine to me and I suggest just leaving it alone and checking on it periodically to make sure it is doing well. Even in warm enclosures they can go into a torpor for a few months. Just keep feeding it small amounts of food and removing any uneaten food, they will awake and eat off and on. Even if you don't see it move watch under the throat for signs of breathing.
