For wildcaught frogs it is common they hurt their noses while jumping the glass or something.
I wouldn't treat it unless it is getting infected with bacteria.
You will notice since it will look like it is starting to rot, it blackens and it looks like a hole is appearing.

For the blisters, it can be a bacterial infection, but i can't tell from here,
since you don't have any picture attached, i think no-one can.

You can however treat the blisters with a cream like neosporin, it is a anti bacterial cream,
it can be applied every day for a week.
But rub it gently so you don't brake it open, an open wound is much more likely to get infected.

I would stop you're treating as you do now, it weakens you;re frog without me seeing any benefits in this treatment.
Before you start treating with antibiotics, please be sure what needs to be treated.
Wrong treatment cause more harm then they are good for.

Most of the time i don't treat the noses anymore, if you just keep the tank clean it will most of the times turn out just fine.

By the way, i wonder if the frog can get out of the lightbeam.
If so, i don;t think it would've stayes in there till it had blisters on the eyes.
Make sure the frog can hide from the light.
On the other hand i think there must have been something on the back as well if it is caused by the lighting.

Please post a picture, maybe it is clear it is bacterial.
In that case you should contact a vet to get some Baytrill or something similair.
IS there no sign of a bacteria, the cream will do fine.
