Hi all just been to see a friend of mine who breeds insects if it looks like it comes from Mars he keeps and breeds it, mentioned fruit-flie culturing ,his recipe is ready-brek and apple juice or cranberry juice nothing else just mix it like paste for consistency .It only works with ready-brek. but he's now supplying shops with cultures give it a go
