    Yes. It is a Pyxicephalus adspersus froglet. A true Giant African Bullfrog. Not the P. edulis "dwarf" that many have come across lately. Congrats!

    Thanks I thought so yet never seen an a dwarf as a baby. Super happy to own this guy. He's an eating machine.

    Oh yes, they eat a lot!!!! They are so small, yet they have this aggressive "I'm a tough guy" attitude. It's too adorable.
    Have you picked out a name? What are you feeding him/her?

    Kermit Couldn't help myself on that one. He/she is eating crix, nightcrawlers, rosie reds, dubia roachs. I plan for the staple to be dubia and worms I really need to consider increasing my roach collection do.

    What a cutie!! I remember when my Kadesh was this small...now he's huge and grumpy. Sigh, they grow up so fast! Ella has some cute baby Pyxies of her own of which I am incredible jealous. Enjoy your new addition XSpringer!

    I agree Xavier. Looks like a male to me even though the above pic is kind of taken at an angle.
