Strange spots?

My little blue phase white tree frog seems to have these spots on the top of its head..they dont look like they are on the surface but rather pigment in his skin that is brighter than his skin, is this normal? could it be him changing color and only part of him being darker than the rest of him or what?

Hi, I have heard of these frogs having little spots. If you could post a photo it would help Whites tree frog owners determine if it is in fact normal.

any time i try to take a picture it doesnt show up..but to know that sometimes they have these makes me feel alot better.
