Please help!
I forced a friend of mine into drug rehab, and when taking him in he begged me to go back to his house and take his "DMT" frog for him. I know all about DMT, but I do not know much about amphibians (plenty about reptiles however).Due to the state I found my friend in, I firmly believe he had no clue what he was talking about. I am rather certain that this animal is a toad, not a frog, and I do not believe it has parotid glands, or that it secretes DMT (bufotenine). I have no idea where he got it (he doesn't remember), its sex, proper housing/care, etc. Point being, I would really appreciate help with identifying this animal, some pointers on its care, and whether the housing I provided for it is adequate. I have plenty of pictures to aid with identifying. My ultimate goal is to be knowledgable enough to re-home this awesome creature, but ONLY to someone that knows what they are doing.
