I've been reading alot of these in the forums and I was wondering if anyone had a good video they know of on how to construct one of these.

Also, for RETF's would it matter if the false-bottom was made up of either the egg crate method with LECA on top, or just the LECA method with the screen mesh follow by substrates? Or are these just similar ways of going about making the same thing?
