Honestly, darts don't need the UV light and the best lighting for the plants is the 6700k bulbs. You can get those (some brands make 26 Watt bulbs and other 27 Watt) for about $6 for a two-pack. I think the maximum Wattage rating for the Exo fixtures is 26 Watts. But, the regular bulbs from Lowe's, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc. are just fine.

Actually, daylight bulbs are 6500k and not 6700k. Here is GE's version on Amazon:

I bought mine at Lowe's and they have a brand called Bright Effects that similar to the GE bulb but a bit less expensive. I got a 4-pack for about $12. Their website is down, so I couldn't get the link.
Good luck.

The ones at Lowes are the ins I get. Home Depot has something comparable just a different brand name. You want the ones that say 'daylight' not 'soft white'. Make sure to check your temps inside the tank once sealing it up and putting the lights on it. I made the mistake of putting hoods on my tanks and they cook unless I crack the glass that I got to seal up the tank. Aim for low to mid 70's, once you get to the upper 70's you're nearing the danger zone.
I get the GE Daylight bulbs from Walmart - they are 6700K spiral compact fluorescent bulbs just like normal compact fluorescent bulbs that you use in normal light fixtures. I actually use one for the light in my frog room instead of one of those awful "soft white" bulbs.
