Is there an plants that I can grow from seed that are good with frogs?

I once used grass for that. The grass only took a week or so to grow and it would get water when I mist the frog.

The only problem I discovered came from feeding. When I dropped a cricket in there my frog would sometimes accidentally get some grass along with the cricket. (I stopped feeding him in that aquarium and he never got sick from the first few times.)

If you feed your frog in a separate tank however then, yeah grass seems to work okay. You may have more difficulty spotting your frog though unless you carefully trim it with scissors. (If you do that I recommend find your frog and removing him from the tank first.)
