Whites tree frog questions

What is the best substrate for a dumpy? Do in need a fogger if I cant spary the tank everyday? How many large crickets do I need to feed my dumpy? Should I have alot of plants in the tank? What lighting is the best to use for my dumpy or should I get a hood light ? Thanks everyone, I read alot about these guys just a couple qusetion
