    Question Pacman legs

I've always wondered, how come pacmans seem to have visualy under powered legs? Obviously they work but, even the placement of their legs seems odd and the seem so little to be able to jump as far as mine does. I'm assuming pacman legs look the way they do so they can push out of their dirt and grab prey or even help burrow. I dunno, it's why i was wondering.... any thoughts or idea's?

Pacman frogs are burrowers as you say, and they are ambush predators. They don't need a significant ability to jump.
