Red color

Well as of recently I have been havin problem with my frog. He prolapsed about a week ago but is fine now and seems to be healed. Now I am looking at every thing about him and worrying all the time. lol. Tonight I noticed a reddish tint on his tummy.... first thought was red leg disease.... its not severly red its kinda like veins. I included a pic, not the best but I guess better than nothing... what you think?

update... he sat on the glass for about 5 minutes and it went away. When he returned to activity it came back....I hate when my frog scares me like this..... Also he ate... and seems to be fine besides the weird coloration
