I have a green tree frog. He has been fine for a few months after I got him. I feed him crickets. I feed the crickets gut load or the stuff in the box they come in (when I get the ones in the box) He is in a 5 gallon tank with a small water dish and terrarium moss. I use only bottled water (poland spring). I keep the moist damp and mist the cage daily. I clean his tank once a week. 2 weeks ago I added a plastic plant that I got at a pet store. I think it's for fish tanks, it has a suction cup. Today when I was cleaning his tank I noticed he was not as eager to get away from me and darker green then usual. Also he kept opening and closing his mouth making a slight clicking sound. I thought that he was cold possibly since it's been chillier here. I temp in my house was about 77 degrees. I put a heating pad on low under half of the tank. I hope he is not getting sick. What do you think? Oh and I haven't heard him croak in a few weeks, he used to croak several time per week. As far as eating, I think he is still eating, I did see some of his poop in the tank and crickets do disappear.
