Aren't tree frogs supposed to be up high??

Not sure where they will end up resting after tonight, but Aroha was soaking in the water dish and both went after the crickets I put in there. Good signs. Now to get their not so green butts up off the ground and I will be happy!!

Thats why I said something!!! I just got an email from the guy back, they are about the size of nickles..since mine is about the size of a quarter i told him to send me the biggest one that way they would do ok in the same tank.

From my limited experience with a white's in a 10 gallon tank, while does some climbing on the branches or the sides of the tank he seems to spend equally as much time wandering the ground terrain doing the occasional soak. I have found him sleeping on perches as well as on the ground. I wonder if the shape of the 10 gallon encourages more ground time?

Hmm, Rocko, that could have something to do with it. For a year they were in a small 2.5 gallon show container at the petstore. Plastic to boot. Now they are in a glass 10 gallon, that is not as vertical as I like (I was going to convert it, but had no idea how so I kept it long instead) but they still have plenty of room. On a good note, the one I am assuming is female, was at the highest point this morning and has stayed there. The male, Elton, I can't see, but I assume he is doing okay. The blue night light is actually keeping the temperature right where I want it, so I think I will just leave that light on for the time being.
