    Default Tanzanian Tiger-legged tree frog

Hi, I am looking for information on the Tanzanian tiger-legged tree frog. I have found one at work, in the receiving area and would love any care tips.
    Thanks Tessy

Need more information than that. The only tree frogs that are commonly known as "tiger leg" in the trade are not from tanzania they are from south america. A picture or perhaps a good description would suffice if you don't have more information.

The frog that I have has a gray body with black spots, white belly and the legs have orange & black stripes.

I am going to hazard a guess that you are describing kassina maculata. Do a google search for that name and see if that is what you have.

    Great guess, Seth!

    Kassina maculata
is a member of the Family Hyperoliidae, closely related to the African reed frogs. Their range is from Kenya to South Africa. One note of caution, these frogs pack some potent toxins that can harm most mammals that try to eat it or even taste the skin. Keep it secure and thoroughly wash your hands after handling. That live about 5 years and are known to be cannibalistic (eating smaller frogs, such as reeds.)
