Welcome! What a cute frog. These frogs seem like such a great little frog to have. Several people on here have them, and I'm jealous of them all.
My daughter caught a frog yesterday at my friends house and brought it home. I searched all over the net to see what kind of frog it is and this is the only site I found that had a picture that looked just like our new friend. Thanks to Paul and his post about the Pacific Chorus Frog, I was able to identify what kind of frog we have and how to properly care for it. Thank you Paul ! We would like to know if it is a male or female but Im sure we have to wait till it is more mature to find out. Right now it is only about 3/4 of an inch long.

Hello and welcome to FrogForum.
You're welcome....it looks like a juvenile female. Very pretty too.
Welcome to Frog Forum! These frogs make excellent pets-having 7 myself right now, they can be quite entertaining and easy to care for. Have you picked a name for your new little friend yet?
Welcome to the Forum!
Thanks for all the welcomes and we did decide on a name. My daughter and I decided to name her Tia from The Frog Princess

Tia is such a cute name! And I LOVE that movie.
You and your daughter will love this frog. I have 4 Pacific Chorus frogs and they are sooo fascinating and change colors! Enjoy her!

Welcome aboard.
Hi pixie and welcome to the forum
Welcome to the Forum. Male chorus frogs are pretty loud. So, you'll know for sure whether it's a male if it starts calling.
