I always found it easier for my frogs to eat worms while in water

That's an awesome male you have there, would love to see more of him. I'm surprised at how well his tail bone shows.

Nice male man, that's a mean looking head. I just tong feed mine night crawlers, he's horrible at grabbing like yours. I love the dark orange on his upper forearms.

@nickc- That is a good idea, but he just ends up drinking a lot of water with the nightcrawlers. They tend to sink on him and then he loses interest. At that point, I am fishing around with my tongs, while Mr. Green is eyeballing my fingers as snackfood.

@Eel Noob- Thank you. Is the tail bone showing a bad thing? He doesn't seem underfed, but I could increase the feedings.

@Mark- Yeah, the color is really pretty. He is super strong too.

Yeah, I understand. I was jealous of the pet store, so I had to buy him. Now, I just have to go back and get his girlfriend.

He might just naturally look like that but it's usually underfed or newly metamorph frogs that will show prominent tail bone. Yea probably up the feeding on him for a few weeks, petshops don't usually feed their animals like hobbyist do.
