Feeding FBT wax worms

I bought a small box of wax worms (50) and the FBT really like them.

I thought I read you should not feed FBT wax worms all the time.

How often can you feed wax worms to FBT?

How long will wax worms live in the fridge?

If they are "fresh" then they can last more than a month in the fridge.

I would use them for every 4th or 5th feeding at most. More frequently is alright provided you aren't feeding your frogs awfully regularly.
