I've never tried feeding them with hissers, but I have used other roaches. If your Pyxie won't eat them, it's likely spoiled with food already. Give it a few days without food and try again. These frogs don't need to eat every day.

I already tried waiting a couple of days and he still didn't show much interest. Maybe I should try Dubias.

How old and big is your pyxie? He may not be hungry. Mine will eat and then sleep for like 2-3 weeks, and then eat again.

He's about 5 inches long and 4 inches wide.
