Please need some answers quickly

My brother cause a frog and i really need some help identifying it so that i can provide the best environment for it. Its in my album pictures so if anybody could give it a look and let me know what you think that would be wonderful. I know how to read and reply to private messages but im not to sure about posts.. Looks like a Gray Tree Frog.

Keep in mind they can change from gray to green...
