30x30 exo terra

Hey all, sorry if this has been asked before!

I have a couple of spare 30x30x45 exo terras and have been thinking of getting some dart frogs. I have read on some caresheets recommendations on having bigger enclosures than this, however I have come across a few posts on here where people mention they use the smallest exos. I just want to know what people really think, is the size I have too small? what species would it be good for?

I use that size of tank for a pair of Ranitomeya, which are thumbnail dart frogs, like Josh says.

I am new to all this but that size tank to me sound large?? What am I missing??
