I have a 5 month old Pacman that has recently developed conjunctivitis. Because he cannot perceive depth easily right now, the vet suggested we force feed him. However, our efforts have not gone well. We are able to get his mouth open and insert the dusted cricket, but he promptly spits it out, or waits for a moment before swiping it out of his mouth. Basically, we can't get him to swallow. So does anyone have any tips? I'm worried, because the drug we are dusting the crickets with is very essential to his eyes improving in addiction to his need for food. If anyone has any idea, I would really appreciate it.![]()
Get a feeding tube and syringe from your vet. Use them to feed the frog with liquified baby foods.
