Frog/toad I.D. please.

It definitely has a toad face. I am going to just go with Western Toad (from what I have read, that is a very diverse group of toads, so I am sure it will fit right in!). I am hoping once it gets bigger maybe a better or definitive I.D. can be made. I'm just happy it's a toad and appears to be healthy....

Yes, your identification is correct. It is a boreal/western toad. I believe that is the only toad species in BC(other than spadefoots which I don't count because they aren't bufo's and look as much like a frog as a toad) .

Thanks, Seth. I came to that conclusion myself. Now, just got to get it bigger-baby fingernail size is way to small for my comfort level. And to get him into the proper setup. And a name. The list never ends!
