Oh! The only thing supporting the platform is the pointy part of the toothsticks, s, which are stuck in the backgrounf, so larger species would probably break the structure.Sorry what I meant was how is it supported? I mean it looks like its flimsy for larger species. So is this just for smaller species? Or is it resting on a rock or log or something so it can hold some weight?
Exactly. I would say it is safe to dendrobates, and basically hylas and similar frogs.Yeah and itd be limited on how many can be on it at the same time. Id say only small treefrogs the size of like at most 3inches? Could safely be on that without colapsing. right?
For example, it wouldn't do for big Litorias, but it would do for the smaller ones.
I once had a Scaphiophryne pustulosa who used to climb the glass making stregth on the corners of the tank, so I believe youI think even small toads may use this. Believe it or not some toads actually may climb a bit. Not something like a tree. But you know. Ledges and such they would do.![]()
I just took a video and some pictures of the toad nursery that I made. :P ITs REALLY nice looking in my opinion. Id post it but I cant since Iam on my wii and its by cell. So I can only send it to emails. :P I just sent the pics to joanna. But she doesnt know how to upload them so its hard I guess.
