In Europe! Blue Litorias and Bufo alvarius

I'm looking for European keepers or stores who have the following species:

Blue Litoria caerulea
Bufo alvarius

I'm kind of desperate for both species because I can't find them anywere in Europe

ps: If you know about an European store, please send me its website

I'm guessing nobody knows were to find these species.. I'm closer to find the Litorias because 1beataway (thank you) gave me some names of stores who had them in the past.

And what about these other 2?

- Rhacophorus reinwardtii
- Phyllomedusa tomopterna
