Just lost my poor frog

Not sure what is wrong. He was fine but now gone. 20 gallon tank, 70 degrees, have had them over 5 years. Seemed fine. Fed twice weekly with dusted two week crickets. Has water tank, bottled mineral water and filter. Help! Do not know where to find another for his mate so am afraid of losing her. They were inseparable.

Just lost his mate!! T sure what is wrong. They were probably five years old when I adopted them. What did I do wrong!!?
