What is the climate in the enclosure and how often are you changing the substrate?

The climate is about 70 to 80% humidity. Temps now are low of 75 and high 83. I usually change the substrate every 5 months. Its a pretty big tank and she only sits in one corner. So I make sure to mix it up every few weeks.

I took her to the vet and she looked at the spot. She does not believe it to be fungus, seems more like loss of pigment. It has not grown in 2 weeks so I am monitoring it. She recommended I keep on eye on it and if there are any changes can try taking a sample but I am trying not to stress the her out.

Took a look at her yesterday and the spot is still the same size no change and no new spots. Its been a few weeks since fist reported so I think its fine. I have just never seen that before, it is still very strange.
