If you read one of previous posts, you will know that I took Fat Albert to the vet last Thurs. to get examined. I was given oral medication for him to take for 3 days, and then 3 more days 2 weeks later. I finished the first 3 treatments on Saturday. He seems to be a bit more active, though he still stays in his water dish 24-7, he still is refusing to eat. He just doesn't seem to be interested in eating for some strange reason. Besides not eating, he is acting normal. He just isn't hungry I guess.

Were you given any idea how old Fat Albert is? Adults don't need as much food to maintain their mass. So, I would think going thru a period of not eating would not do any harm.
I would go back to the vet.
Kurt: Why?
To re-evaluate treatment and to make sure you are on the right path.
Kurt: I still have to give him 3 more treatments in a week.
Ok If there is only minimal improvement I would go back and discuss it with your vet.
Kurt: he has been out of this water for 24 hours now. He has never done that before.
