Take them out at feeding time individually and put each in a large tupperware box and feed them alone. That way she can't steal his food and bully him.

Put him in a non-see-through tub with a few crickets and put it somewhere dimly lit. Leave it alone for an hour. Hunger will motivate him too.

You can leave him there even longer than an hour. White's can deal better with desiccation much better than most frogs. Last time I fed mine I forgot them in the Rubbermaid box over night. D'oh! They were fine when I discovered them still there the next day.

Why not just feed the female in the box and leave her in there for a few hours. In the mean time, feed the male in his terrarium.
