hello all!
i wanted to post and ask around if anyone had seen something like this before. my pacman frog spent two days in his soaking pool (i removed him tonight in case he had gotten stuck) and found about three dozen worm-like creatures squirming in the soaking pool. my frog has had no contact with any outside frogs and all insects fed have been captive-bred. he has been eating well but i haven’t found poop in about a week. humidity and heat are consistent. could these be internal parasites, or maybe just insect larvae from mealworms left in the enclosure?
thanks for your help!

Could be nematodes which will require you to deworm your frog. Best to have a vet confirm and supply you with the necessary medication.
Be aware that they could also be Fungus gnat maggots. They are attracted to moist conditions and will lay eggs in the substrate or on a soiled water dish. They are quite small and worm-like in appearance. Best take the sample to a vet in order to confirm because we cannot do that from this image.
